Private Tuition

Whether you are starting out on your yoga journey, or want to deepen your knowledge, private tuition is a great way to start. I offer private lessons for a limited number of clients, so please enquire directly about availability.

What you'll get:

Personalised practise

Each session is designed bespoke for your needs. Before we start, we will have a free, friendly consultation over the phone or in person, so I can understand what you want to get out of the classes, and I will create a personalised plan for you - whether it's just one session or regular tuition.

Post-lesson summary

As each lesson is designed for you and only you, you will receive the lesson plan and class summary over email after each session, so you can continue to practise at your own pace in between sessions

A balanced, holistic approach

In my lessons, we will explore strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, breathwork, relaxation, and meditation. Of course, if there is any element you do not like - we can remove it!

Excellent prices

Most teachers charge around £40 per hour for private tuition. My mission is to bring yoga to as many people as possible, and price shouldn't be a barrier to this. Therefore I am fully transparent about pricing, and keep it as low as possible:

  • 45 minutes: £18

  • 1 hour: £22

  • 1 hour 15 minutes: £27

  • 1 hour 30 minutes: £32

I offer private lessons within an approximately 6 mile radius of Abingdon, Oxfordshire OX14. This will cover Abingdon, Milton, Steventon, Drayton, Marcham, Didcot, and Harwell.

I will travel to you, so please ensure you have a large enough space for 2 yoga mats, with no hazards. You are not expected to cover travel costs.

If you fall outside this area and would like private classes, please contact me for more information.

Availability & timings

I have limited availability for private classes, and only accept a small number of clients at a time, to make sure everyone is getting a great quality of service. Therefore please submit any enquiries via the contact form linked in the Menu at the top of the page.

Due to my current work schedule, I am only offering regular private tuition on weekday evenings, and can occasionally offer ad-hoc private tuition at weekends.


For your hygiene and comfort, please provide your own yoga mat. Preferably also provide your own yoga blocks and straps, though I do have a limited number of spare for these.


I will adapt lessons to your personal needs, and all disabilities, impairments, and injuries, are welcome and can be adjusted for. However although yoga has many benefits, it is not a replacement for professional medical care.
